Owner, Clinical Supervisor, TherapistWith more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field, Hilary brings a wealth of knowledge, practical expertise, and genuine compassion to her work. Throughout her career, she has worked with people of all ages facing both extraordinary and daily challenges, helping them navigate difficult seasons, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Hilary's background includes medical social work, case management, and providing individual, family, and group counseling for teens and adults. Her broad experience allows her to see the bigger picture while tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs, goals, and strengths.
Clients appreciate Hilary's down-to-earth approach, ability to create a comfortable and supportive environment, and talent for helping people identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and EMDR to help clients heal from past experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
In addition to working with clients, Hilary is passionate about mentoring new therapists. As a clinical supervisor, she helps license candidates build on their strengths, sharpen their clinical skills, and gain the confidence needed to thrive in the profession. She offers both individual and group supervision and enjoys supporting clinicians as they grow into competent, effective, and authentic practitioners.

Allison Deaver, SWLC
Contracted TherapistAllison works with teens and adults who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family relationship difficulties, work-related stress and burnout, and grief. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Allison believes that many of the answers to the struggles we face can be found by exploring our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By increasing awareness of these patterns, clients can gain valuable insight, develop new perspectives, and make choices that support healing and growth.
Known for her compassionate and thoughtful approach, Allison creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. She works collaboratively with each person to identify strengths, build effective coping strategies, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
